1. What is The Bravest Project? 

The Bravest Project is an online store where you can find a wide range of products, including printed apparel (Graphic Tees, Crop Tops, Hoodies & Jumpers), accessories & gifts featuring original designs made by Belyssa Connelly, founder of this project & store, to inspire your bravest self and to remind you of the amazing human being that you are. All our designs are original & unique, we print your chosen designs on high-quality products.

2. How does The Bravest Project work?

When you place an order with us, we take your selected product and get it print by our suppliers. Each item is made-to-order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

3. What products do we offer?

We offer a diverse selection of products, including short sleeve tees, crop tops, hoodies, jumpers, phone cases, caps, bags, socks, yoga mats, greeting cards, mugs, tumblers, posters, prints, puzzles, planners & journals.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, shipping is available to Australia, New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom. Soon to increase our presence worldwide!

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Since each item is made-to-order, production times can vary. Typically, you can expect your order to be shipped within 5 to 28 business days. Shipping times will depend on location and will be shown during checkout.  This information will be also sent to the email provided during check-out.

You can also find estimated delivery date to the country of your choice on each product page, between the "Add To Cart" option and the description of the product.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other secure online payment options. You can choose your preferred method during checkout.

7. What is your return & refund policy?

Each item is made-to-order and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason except for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order's status and shipping progress. Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email.

10. Are the designs on your products exclusive?

ALL of our designs are created exclusively by Belyssa Connelly for The Bravest Project. We bring you unique and original designs you won't find elsewhere.
